Policy 1

Rocky Pines Estate will not be held responsible for any theft, bodily harm, damage to personal property, or death while guests are occupying the premises.  

Policy 2

All changes in reservations 60 days in advance will be subject to a full refund.  All changes in reservations 30 days in advance will be subject to a 50% refund.  Rocky Pines Estate is not responsible for changes in venue due to Acts of God or weather related events.   

Policy 3

Guests of Rocky Pine Estate take full responsibility of the houses and property while staying at Rocky Pines Estate.  All furnishings, property, and equipment should be left as it was found.  No pets are allowed.  Please no smoking inside the homes.
